IPSF, local restaurants put fundraising on menu

The Irvine Public Schools Foundation and some local restaurants are giving you a chance to take a bite out of IUSD's projected budget deficit. On Tuesday, Feb. 23, all of the eateries listed below will donate 20 percent of each tab to help our schools cope with the state budget crisis. Just be sure to mention the “Dine Out, Help Out” fundraiser organized by IPSF.

I think we can all agree this a pretty delicious way to support education in Irvine. Of course, some chains are participating at specific locations only, so double-check the address before you head out. And now for the main course.
