IUSD in the News: Woodbury teacher inspires her students in more ways than one

The Orange County Register has a posted a nice feature on its website about Woodbury Elementary School teacher Jennifer Lambert.

As staff writer Elysse James reports, Lambert was recently diagnosed with a type of breast cancer, but that hasn’t stopped her from teaching a second- and third-grade combination class while co-coordinating Woodbury’s Mustang Milers running club, which challenges kids to run the equivalent of an entire marathon over several weeks.
