Springbrook Elementary will host a Montessori Information Night on Thursday, January 19 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Located at 655 Springbrook North, Irvine, CA 92614, the meeting will be held in the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR). Springbrook is home IUSD’s only Elementary Montessori program, which serves students in grades 1-6.
Similar to their peers, students in the Montessori program work toward mastery of their grade-level and end-of-year standards. However, the instructional approaches used within the program are based on Maria Montessori’s philosophy of education.
This is a District program that is fully integrated into Springbrook Elementary. As such, a districtwide lottery process is used. Students must live with IUSD attendance boundaries to enroll in the program.
