IUSD offers a wide range of workshops and presentations through the Irvine Parent Education Program (IPEP) to provide support and assistance for the families of IUSD students throughout the school year. The goal of these workshops and presentations is to empower parents and guardians with the skills and strategies necessary to become active participants in their student's education.
This month, the IPEP workshops include:
- Student Stress Management Office Hours: These office hours are a follow-up to the “Calm and Confident” Parent Class. Join us to ask your questions during Office Hours held at the IUSD Parent Center.
- Active Parenting School-Aged Children Series: Available in multiple languages, this session series offers parents resources and tools on various topics.
- Coffee and Conversations: Please join IUSD in partnership with the Irvine Special Education Community Advisory Committee (CAC) for a presentation highlighting IUSD Special Education Programming, Transitions and Placement. Elementary and Secondary-specific presentations will be provided.
Experienced instructors and district-level representatives lead each workshop, providing participants with thoughtful and up-to-date information.
