As at home learning continues in both IUSD’s Hybrid Academic Model and IUSD’s Virtual Academy, IUSD is committed to supporting students and parents.  This article provides information and resources to help establish structures and routines for your family. 

IUSD school nurses are working beyond their normal hours to provide community COVID-19 support at vaccination clinics and/or through an after-hours helpline to provide IUSD families and staff health information and resources as part of the county’s COVID-19 Schools Response Team.

National School Counseling Week, "School Counselors: All In for All Students," and is from Feb. 1-5 and focuses public attention on the unique contribution of school counselors, who work in partnership with other educators, families and community resources to support all students.

As part of the Irvine Unified School District’s ongoing effort to prevent and limit the spread of COVID-19 in our schools and facilities, the District in partnership with LivingFit Nation Corporate Wellness will offer, at no cost to participants, COVID-19 testing for students and IUSD employees and their dependents through Feb. 22.

The IUSD Board of Education has not formally considered the wearing of masks in classrooms by students and therefore has not made a decision.
